Standard shipping for in-stock items typically takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery service will contact you within 48 hours of your order to schedule a specific delivery window.
Do you offer international shipping for home decor?
Currently, Dimensions ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options soon. Please subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
